No, that is an allegation of an alligator.

It's all part of a marketing ploy to get people to visit Queens. Probably conjured up by Lonely Planet travel magazine.

Alligator caught this afternoon.

It was about two freakin' feet long. Damn, it could have cleaned up some of the vermin that occupies the park. And if it grew that would include slimy unwanted humans.

What the hell one illegal immigrant alligator and the whole dam city & media goes to pieces.
What about the 2 million or so causing real problems and bleeding us dry ?
The alligator will return to eating live rats inside the MTA tunnels and storm drains when it gets cold. They are very smart tuff reptiles that have survived 500 million years. Maybe it will eat one of those rapists or muggers that lurk for victims in the park.

Or they might attack children, which will more likely happen than any scum prowling the park at night or any dumb ass tourist duped by a lonely planet guide.

Does anyone know if this might be the offspring of the last gator that was caught? And if I may posit a theory and say that these snappers were dropped off by some stupid hick transplants to this city.

This is just un-f_cking believable, all this hoopla over a 2 foot pet?
What about "paranoid-man" the rapists, perverts, muggers, drug dealers, tranni hookers with AIDs and other DANGEROUS 2 legged scum in the park, are they all handed get out of jail free cards once the US Open pulls out of town ?

My only guess is the imbecilic mayor doesn't want them riding the 7 train into Times Square upsetting tourists and causing more problems then he and the great police commissioner already have in Manhattan.
---Yep keep em in Queens where nobody will notice !!

That small just doesn't make it worthwhile to fry up. :-(

Some good beer batter & cocktail sauce with lots of horse radish!

Douglaston residents called Tommy Huang "the swamp thing" because he built his home in the Douglaston swamp.

Stop flushing the baby gators from Florida down the toilet! (Kidding ... but remember that old urban legend?)
