If you see something, say something.
That's what they advertise right? Well, for terrorism at least. Hint, hint, wink, wink.

Click the photo and take a close look at the car, too.

Not sure about the Pod. I moved with another pod-based moving company, and I got a permit from the city to have the pod on the street while I filled it with my stuff.

Vinyl siding?

Car is up on cinderblocks; pod is blocking the (illegal) driveway.

The walls of the pod aren't strong enough to contain Claire Shulman's bullcrap!

The house next door is built pretty far to the sidewalk beyond the line of other buildings. Shouldn't there be a front yard space?

Is it illegal to have your car on cinder blocks on private property? It's a pretty nice car that looks like it had it's rims stolen. Most likely temporarily there. It's much different than having a junker rotting in front.

A dead storage vehicle is any vehicle in undriveable condition. Not having tires qualifies.

And yes, you can get a DOT permit for the storage pod for a limited amount of time. However, I checked DOT's online system, and there were no permits issued for 60th Street, which is where this scene is. Furthermore, a copy of said permit is to be posted on the container, and it isn't. Why would you think the owner here with dead storage, a paved over front yard that used for parking and an illegal curb cut would get a permit for the container?

Wonder how many are living inside the pod?

"so who's calling this in to 311?"

What for, no one will respond!

Someone stole the wheels of the car.
