The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a string of bank robberies in Queens.
Police say the man is suspected of holding up banks on at least eight different instances dating from June 2009 to February of this year.
In each case, police say, the suspect approached a teller at the bank, handed over a demand note, and fled the scene. There have been no reported injuries, according to police.
Anyone with information in regards to these bank robberies is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
