After 5 looong years, it looks like a church is coming to 80-08 Grand Avenue in Elmhurst.
Comes with graffiti and parking. I wonder where the "AMBULATORY D & T HEALTH CARE FACILITY" is...
How the hell is this parking plan for FIVE ACCESSORY OPEN PARKING SPACES legal?
Oh well, this being Bloomturd's NYC, no one will hold them accountable.

That parking is not legal - it not a driveway - it a wide sidewalk, enforce the laws PD!
The storefront ceiling is too low to be effective as a store. A Church next to a beer distributer is a challenge but perhaps an opportunity to save souls from drinking!
Time to fire Ira Glickman.
the only reason they put a small square footage in there for a medical office is so that they can add an additional rental floor as a setback
looking at this building every day makes me wanna drink so the beer store is perfect next store
A politican's dream.
A community of transients with low expectations.
"Honest Joe" Crowley and the 'bhoys' wish every community in Queens looks like this.
I thought it was against the law to park on the sidewalk. Where is the 110 precinct? I smell a ticket opportunity! Where is the DOB? Is anyone working there? All they do is harass small homeowners. They should have a special section of the DOB to just deal with developers.
I like the sign for handicapped parking.
Just awful. The worst part is, the immigrants eat this stuff up because its still 10x better than what they just came from.
The structure is an eyesore and probably is not up to code. All the neighbors should call 311 about the parking on the sidewalk and see if there is any response. What do you think this will do to the property values around it? Feel sorry for the people living in that area. They are screwed.
i live right near this building the dob can care less while they where building it they collapsed the beer store next to it that is family owned and put them in financial hardship and the dob did nothing.
