Cars vandalized with swastikas in Bellrose

From CBS New York:

Residents of the Bellerose section of Queens woke up Friday to find messages of hate scrawled around their neighborhood.

Swastikas marked many cars, a fence, and a garage, CBS 2′s Tamara Leitner reported.

Carolyn Lyew said her blue Toyota was covered in swastikas near the corner of 87th Avenue and 256th Street.

“I’m just hoping it’s kids in the neighborhood who are not aware because anything else is unconscionable,” she said.

I'm calling BULLSHIT. Everytime a "PROTECTED Community" feels it isnt getteing the Police protection it thinks it deserves, suddenly, out of nowhere, a bunch of swastikas appear, and SUDDENLY it is HATE!!!!

I'm with you #1. These incidents almost always turn out to be "false flags".

My friend, who works for the City, lives in a neighborhood dominated by black American and Dominican n'er do wells selling illegal drugs/crack and hanging on the sidewalks, stoops, until all hours. They key her car so much that she has stopped getting it repaired. They are jealous sick drug addicts, dealers, who think they own the streets. These people are enraged that she has a car, a job and a life other than hanging out on the block and they don't.

My money is on that it's a black male adult with a long criminal history. We will find out that judges have given him leniency time and time again and that his rap sheet starts as a very young teenager, maybe age 12. His defense will be black rage against whites. (Colin Ferguson's defense) The papers and news will attempt to convince us this person is justified in property damage.

I agree with the posters above. It's only news because it's in this neighborhood.

I love this site, except for when the comments section degenerates into barely coherent jejunity like this.

Really, now... What message does painting swastikas in a place like Bellerose supposed to communicate in 2013?

You might as well spray question marks.
