Voter Guide has Vallone, Jr. running for BP on Conservative line

Take a look at page 13 of the voter guide you received in the mail, and you'll notice that Peter Vallone, Jr. is listed as still running on the Conservative Party line.

Peter Vallone, Jr. did not get the Conservative Party line. As you may recall, he messed up his address on his paperwork, which disqualified him. So what gives?

wasted votes taken away from the republican candidate! Isn't this fraud?

Crappy,

It's entirely possible that:

A) No one filed a formal challenge to the petition, despite the fact that the newspapers even knew of the error.

B) The challenge was - for whatever reason - defeated.

I saw this too, unless the guide went to print before hand and hopefully the ballot will not have his name.

But if that is the case something very very suspicious is going on. I have a feeling the powers to be are worried about Tony Arcabascio.

He's not listed in the online voter guide or on their online ballot.

A desperate attempt to stay in office, no doubt. Get a real job like the rest of us. It's not like you'll be forced to work at Walmart.

This is what the BP Ballot will look like. No Peter Vallone Jr is listed. The Voter Guide is incorrect.

Melinda Katz

Aurelio A. Arcabascio
Republican Party

Melinda Katz

What's confusing? He's the only Italian running.

I think Joe is correct. Notice that Austin Shafran and Paul Vallone are both listed for CD19. This "guide" must have been put together the day after the primary.

This is how shit gets into office and people like Vallone and Katz count on this.

Borough President Alley Katz or Borough President Don "junior" Pietro--we're screwed either way!
Neither one of them gets my vote!

Alley Katz has turned her Forest Hills neighborhood into a "litter box" for developers.
"Junior" Pietro has turned his Astoria nabe into an over developed hodge-podge.

Burro President Marshall pales by comparison.
