From Gothamist (yesterday):Bricks from a 25-foot high wall's facade suddenly fell onto Freedom Place at West 68th Street on the Upper West Side.
The wall is outside a parking garage, which is built under a courtyard/lawn area for the Lincoln Towers complex. The sidewalk around the parking garage has been taped off, perhaps over concern that more of the facade might fall.
