Update on Strawberry Farms

As you may recall, we reported a few weeks back that the Strawberry Farms site was swarming with flies, due to rotting fruit. The following letter exchange then happened.

And...HOW COME THAT PAUL VALLONE, COUNCIL MEMBER OF THE DISTRICT, HAS DONE NOTHING?
It took a state senator to get on this PDQ!
Nobody is talking about the rats and mice which usually follow rotten foodstuffs. They must be around lurking like shady politicians.
Nice job counselor Vallone!
He even got the name wrong calling Strawberry Farms (sic) "Strawberry Fields".
No, Mr. Vallone, the Beattles did not name it......talk about a comfy do nothing councilman, who is out of touch with his constituents.
He's in close touch with his developer client list. Vallone is a developers' lobbyist. His part time job is "representing" you, if you choose to believe that.

Vallone's a gavone!
Throw him a party at Verdi's and he'll shine brighter than his dome.
He feeds off of you then stuffs his face with calamari.
Unless you are a builder, developer, or real estate magnate, he cares little for you and yours.
Consiglieri Vallone's law business works for developers, not you.

Valloney baloney!
Whoever coined that, said it right!
Phony Valloney has been porking his district up the tookas,
and they're too dumb to even notice.
As long as his Fort Totten fireworks extravaganza lights up the sky, nobody sees the shady business he does in the dark with developers.
Some are even purported to be Gambino crime family friends, according to the New York Times.

Ahhh yes...Paulie V....remember this little beauty?

He is hiding something...and we know what it is...access and special treatment for developers.

Why should is take so long (from August inspection to response letter) for the Department of Health to start "preparing" what should be a routine form letter?

Because you are dealing with a targeted demographic by the Democratic Machine. Take a look at the celebration of some obscure holiday by this demographic and you will get enough politicians to show up to pass legislation.

This response (without fines or any real threats for immediate and sustained compliance order) is simply designed to show you that something is being 'done' - to shut you up and wear you out.

Once again, a failure of a sustained attack by your community on the local electeds who are responsible for not enforcing the law - that is in making noise in the media and in protesting at their public appearances - and this is what you will get.

Your politicians are not getting involved.

Talk is cheep people, action is anything. Children whine. And like children, all you can expect is a paternal pat on the head.....

AVELLA HAS BECOME PADAVAN. USELESS!!! SEND A LETTER WAIT MONTHS FOR A REPLY AND THEN NO FOLLOW UP. HE SHARES THE LETTER SO PEOPLE THINK HE IS DOING SOMETHING. THEN. NOTHING.

Padavan adhered to George C Marshall's Green Hornet: anything that lands on your desk must be dealt with in 48 hrs or it stings you.
