Who's protecting Tommy Huang?

From the Epoch Times:

Epoch Times spoke with two real estate owners whose properties were allegedly damaged by Huang’s practices.

Neither would speak on record, yet both were concerned about what will happen to the Huang buildings still standing. What will happen, they each asked, when families move into homes built with potentially dangerous foundations?

Considering the hundreds of developments Huang has done in Queens since 1979, it’s a frightening prospect.

Tony Sclafani, spokesman for the DOB, said the department issued more than two dozen violations at the Queens Boulevard site, and issued several thousand dollars in fines. They have also had inspectors at the site and others owned by Huang.

Yet, the fundamental problem, according to Sclafani, is “the department does not have the authority to refuse the issuance of a permit based solely on past work history.”

Sen. Avella pointed out that Huang must be getting protection somehow. “Obviously, somebody has been protecting him. I don’t know who. Because I have been after the Department of Buildings for a decade to shut him down,” Avella said.

Someone out there is still protecting Huang?
No shit, Tony! What a revelation!

Here's a glimpse of the real scenario that's going on behind the closed curtain.

There apparently still exists a Taiwanese pipeline of laundered campaign donations to various politicians (dating back to the late 70s). It has bought Huang a lot of politicians and maybe a few judges. Just for starters, let me suggest Gary Ackerman!

Wasn't Ackerman (and certain CB7 members) taken on a "junket" to Taiwan back in the day. Gary returned to the U.S.A. with a pocket full of "support".

Despite Leonard's open criticism of Tommy Huang, did the Staviskys get their share?

It's been said that Tommy Huang, a relative of John Liu, had a "back door" into Ed Koch's city hall.

Huang and Manes were very "close".

Maybe that "back door" is still left unlocked.
Maybe the wannabee mayor, John Liu, planned on opening the front door to cousin Tommy.

Well, it's good that Liu's plot to sit in the cat bird seat is now dashed.

Bye, bye, little Johnny boy!

Tommy's wife's multi millions are protecting her hubby. This Bull's Head brand barbecue sauce heiress can buy an awful lot of protection.

Alice Liu Huang is the connection between Tommy Huang and John Liu.

Their families are tied together.

Are you FBI guys following this?
Follow the lead. Liu's campaign biggies that you arrested are just the tip of the Liu-Huang iceberg.

Or did Alice's $$$$$$ buy a few of you too?

Have to agree, John Lui, who not likes to think of himself as the "Asian Al Sharpton", must be protecting his first cousin Alice's husband Tommy Huang. But then again, I am sure he is not hte only dirty hand in Queens politcs. But he sure has a stinky hand, as did his father. Apple don't fall far from the tree.
