Yes, but you can be assured that the community's leadership from Civic to Community Board to Elected Officials let him in.

He is the guy that had a big hand in the development having once served on the community board (and the library board but that is another story)
The hotels and apartment buildings on the Plaza must be feeling the heat for him to show up but Jimmy is once again MIA. No bike lanes involved so no interest.

They are BAD people. Very Bad. It is one thing to be homeless it's another to be criminally on purpose dangerous. They are on personal suicide missions, committing suicide on the daily installment plan and they could care less who they take to hell with them.
Why aren't they back in the neighborhoods they came from? None of them were born and grew up in Dutch Kills. My guess is East New York and Jamaica. Are there no shelters in those neighborhoods?
The woman spitting on the clerk in the video looks loony tunes from the crack and meth. I would be so afraid to see her in the daytime. She's a monster.
There is no pathway to anything for these people. They will continue to be parasites and a drain on resources. Don't kid yourself, they are the Democrats shock troops. Three or four homeless people who need help is one thing. 2000 homeless mentally ill people are an invading platoon.
This is a case for expanding and developing Creedmore State Hospital so they call can be sent there.
