John Ciafone has left the building

Hmm. It appears Mr. Ciafone has removed his visage from this Brooklyn apartment building.
Buh-bye!
He's still present on other residential properties, however.

What kind of an asshole covers an old building with vinyl siding?

One with no taste whatsoever!

All dumps! Not one tree, not one blade of grass, not even a planter can be found in front of any of his properties. Just overflowing trash cans and litter. Pure crap.

At least the second sign won't fall on someone's head during a wind storm!

And how about that chain link fence and the garbage cans at the front entrance?

the heat must be on him,I assume that some of those city building inspectors that got pinched probably got their palms greased by hep ciafone.

from the remnants of pennzoil that he styles his hair with including the bribes.

Note the building number, "202", spray-painted--- free-hand--- onto the aluminum siding/building proper. This is a CLASS operation!

Who was the low bidder on the vinyl siding?

What's the alternative to vinyl siding? Stucco? You stucco these old houses and everyone on this site gets bent out of shape. Wood clapboards look the best BUT wood has to be maintained.

Here's what I find fascinating: his lovely wife (who prefers to go by her maiden name: Argento) is on the Community Board where these illegal signs are located. What's more, she's on the Land Use Committee!

I am guessing illegal signs fall under "Land Use". So--- if this is taken up with Community Board 1--- it makes one wonder how she will factor in. Can you say "Conflict of Interest"?

Not that I think she is the least bit concerned about this. She isn't.
