Doorman: Let's bring Ratner to Sunnyside!

From YourNabe.com:

Gioia claimed Atlantic Yards developer Bruce Ratner sold a “bill of goods” to the people to move ahead with the project and he was against it receiving more subsidies. He also suggested the NBA’s Nets move to Sunnyside, Queens.

Say what?

Dump his ass at election time. He's useless and clueless. His wife works for developers. Can you imagine him as the public advocate? He would only advocate for himself. What an asshole!

Neighborhoods like Sunnyside are better suited for much smaller venues like the old Sunnyside Gardens, not mega-arenas, that would suck even more congestion into an already oversaturated area.

Norman Siegel for Public Advocate. I have a doorman job opening if Gioia is interested.

The guy is a feakin jerk in over his head and a candidate for a cushy machine appointed job at some Albany commission.

He blurted out something they want to keep under the wraps for a while:

The talk is roofing over Sunnyside Railyard and creating another supercity that will put the nail in the coffin for western Queens.

With jerks like that Dutch Kills crowd next door, to say nothing about the callous Tower People in the other direction the only question is when it becomes public.

he just lost my support.

Dump him before he ruins Sunnyside. If he's voted in, you won't recognize that town.
