Pasta Lover's Hotel?

WTF is this??? Can I not stay there if I don't like Pasta? Is that all they provide for room service?

I think I'll book my reservation at the 'Steak, It's What's For Dinner' inn instead.

Mr. Ubiquity, Tony Avella. He's here. He's there. He's everywhere.

(He even typed the above. What a guy!)

Yawn.

Another Avella press party.

The traveling Tony road show.

I hope he makes mayor
because there are some saying they've already lost their council member.

Items are falling off the walls in our complex next door.
The building is shaking, tenants were not notified by Keane Management, daily noise is piercing and intolerable.
Seabreeze management is on site and the sidewalk is closed.
What are our rights?
