Babs thinks it's a fabulous addition to her dreamy neighborhood.

I can't believe Dennis Ring, and Queens Garden world have let this property deteriorate to this level.

The Zucarellos own or owned this property and Ring (Hallorans Chief of staff) is their Attorney/Relative. Shame on them. Broken windows, Graffitti all over, what an eyesore, maybe someone will buy a house in Beechurst near their mansions and let it rot, see how long that lasts.

Dennis Ring is no longer Halloran's Chief of Staff.

Really, as of when? Thanks for the information did not know that.

He is still attached to said property?

Is Queens Garden World still owner?

I think as of August. Not sure. It's been kept quiet. I think he's in private practice now.

Wonder why its being kept so hush hush, I smell something funny there.

You can read all about the departure in the hard-hitting community press . . . not.

Queens Crap rules. Fools.

Makes me wonder what went on there?

Just noticed the Salvadorian deli on Clintonville St off 10th Ave. The neighborhood sure is changing.

Hey the gardeners need a place to eat, what about all the illegal basement apartments popping up?
