Hey "Adam in Auburndale"...

Are you kidding me...there are hundreds of huge trees down all over the place.

How fast do you expect this mess to be cleaned up?

It truly is funny. Somewhere along the way people got the idea that this stuff can get cleaned up within the hour. What planet have they been living on, right?

Who said he expected it to be cleaned up within the hour? Why do you people always interpret things ready to pounce on contributors?

That's a very intense photo. It's going to take a lot of time to fix that one.

The electeds know that no one will replace them and, in the long run, hold them accountable for just about anything.

As one said to me, most people in Queens don't remember last Thursday.

This is nothing, god help the Archie Bunkers in Ridgewood Glendale and Maspeth.
Bloomberg and his goons hate and could care less about them the most.
Knickerbocker park had 7 huge trees down. Its all cleaned up. A dog run park over-run with howling preachers and yahoos & Ohio and Illinois is priority WTF ?

WHERE WAS THAT LITTLE TURTLE FACED BITCH WHEN WE NEEDED SOME REASSURANCE AND INFORMATION AS TO WHEN OUR SERVICES WOULD BE RESTORED? IN ANOTHER STATE?? WHEN IS HE GOING TO DO HIS JOB, WHICH IS TO GOVERN HERE, NOT PIMP OUT THE CITY FOR DEVELOPERS AND CHARTER SCHOOL HEDGE FUND MANAGERS??!!

Hey Adam, go to Home Depot, buy a fucking chainsaw (or rent one) and start cutting that damned tree up cause like someone else said there are hundreds (actually thousands) of trees downed by this storm, numbnuts.

I'm not trying to prioritize the cleanup, or play who's disaster is worse, I just wanted to share a picture of my neighborhood.

Queens Crapper said...

You folks really crack me up. Yes, Adam should go get a chainsaw (even though the Parks Commish said not to) then he should fix the power lines and pour concrete for a new sidewalk.

Do you realize this City has no disaster plans? And you're all ok with that?

No wonder we get treated this way.

At one time, Queens voters were feared. Now they are laughed at.

Mike, you're doing a great job.
