Vallone vs. Graziano on 2% property tax cap
City Council District 19 candidates Paul Vallone and Paul Graziano debated whether or not there should be a 2% tax cap on 1-2 family homes, condos and co-ops.
Everyone in this district should watch this video very carefully and listen intently. You can draw your own conclusions.

Its all bullshit, tax should depend on how many kids you have.
Wanna have 3, 4, 5 kids YOU PAY for each one of them using a public school.
Us elderly and single people are being crucified between taxes and obamacare essential benefit mandates.
Why am I paying for some persons 6 kids free pediatric dental, pediatric vision, meals, shots, bus fare, train fare and school.
All this free stuff & rewards for breeders is out of control
Think about what Paul G said citizens of the 19th, and the monkey hustle that Paul V is pulling with aplomb. Especially those who are more concerned with ponytails than the issues, the cost of living now and those who are making out like the bandits that they are.

If it wasn't for "breeders" there wouldn't be anyone driving the economy for old people .
You aren't getting screwed by essential benefits . Insurance only works efficiently if you pool the entire spectrum of those being covered.

Vallone: blah blah I'm so great and I like to lie.
Graziano: facts, great ideas, intelligence.
Vote for Graziano
Who put up those stupid lawn signs for a republican city council candidate with no attendance at candidates nights and no platform. Whoever put up those stupid signs is an idiot and is very insulting to the good people of queens.
GO PAULIE G!!!!!
Hi Paul Graziano. Thanks for posting whole meeting at the Bay Club. You've done a wonderful job from saving the RKO Keith to the creation of the Bayside historical society. Appreciate all that you have done. Keep up the good work.
Wow !
Paul V is full of Shite !
This video should be enough for people to do the right thing this election day and throw the bum Paul V out of office !
Vallone stinks too much overdevelopment under him. Let’s elect someone who cares about protecting and preserving our community. Vote for Graziano!!
With Vallone in office we have masssage parlors everywhere and everyday another burglary.
Vote Vallone out !
I don't give a shit about some stealth massage parlor out of view
Its all the corruption, block busting and development that is the problem.
Out with Crowleys, Lex Luther and Da Blasshole!

That idiot would be John Watch... Did he use campaign funds? Did he get permission from the vacant homes to put those stupid lawn signs?
Kudos to Paul G. But we don't think he "saved" the RKO Keith's all by himself. Anyway, what's been saved ....a shred of it?
F@ck all the incumbents and vote them out !

I never said that I "saved" the RKO Keith's theater. I said that I was involved with the advocacy group the Committee to Save the RKO Keith's Theatre, Inc. for many years.
As I mentioned at the We Love Whitestone Candidates Night last Thursday (which my cowardly opponent Paul Vallone did not show up to, the third such Candidates Night throughout the 19th Council District that he has skipped), if it were up to me, I would use eminent domain and wrest control of this once-beautiful building from the current owner and restore the building to its original condition.
Eminent domain is a tool which is often misused by government, but in this case it would have been the right thing to do from the beginning. The owner - whoever it would have been at the time - would be paid fair market value for the building. Restoration is not impossible, just extremely expensive. However, the city just invested almost $100 million in restoring the Lowes Kings Theater in Brooklyn. Clearly, it can happen with the political will behind it, something sorely lacking in Queens in general.
Paul Graziano
Candidate for City Council, 19th District
Rumor is Vallone pushed people into putting those lawn signs up. The guy preys on his St. Andrew’s “friends” and makes sure signs are dropped off at their homes and promoninetly displayed. No one wants to say no to him because all their kids are friends. I know of at least three people who have the lawn signs but who will not be voting for him.
Way to go Graziano. Vallone spews lies from both ends of his alimentary canal.
In case anybody forgot their basic biology, that means his ass and his mouth!
