74-10 88th Street has been issued a vacate order by the Department of Buildings.
Wow, who would have thought this would happen? The only explanation, in my opinion, is that there's an active DOI investigation.

Glendale yeshiva vacated by DOB
Posted by Queens Crapper at 12:40 AM
Color me surprised. I was sure Dizzy Lizzy would have stuck up for the yeshiva. I wonder whats next..will the yeshiva "donate" the crumbling house that's in disrepair on the property to the community as a children's center.
Perhaps the DOB can also take a closer look at 66-20 Thornton Place and 92-15 69th Avenue. I've been inside both of those buildings and they are over-occupied, filthy, fire traps. How parents can pay to send their kids to live and study in such squalor is beyond me.
It is all part of the show.
DOB got caught, so they have to make it look good.
All of a sudden some ULURP will say all is OK.
You know the back room deals are being made, or already done...
now they are homeless
So where is the outcry from our politicians? They probably think it best not to say anything so as not to lose the Jewish vote perhaps?
pols need BIG campaign cash more than votes
students are just dorming here
who knows where students are registered to vote?
hopefully somebody looks at the contribution records!
No way, perhaps this is a prank ?
