New hotel coming to Jackson Heights

From Jackson Heights Post:

A developer filed plans with the Department of Buildings Monday to construct a seven-story, 22-room hotel in Jackson Heights.

The building, which would go up at 37-38 73rd Street, would be narrow. It would consist of five rooms per floor–from the third through sixth floors–and two rooms on the seventh.

The first floor would be the lobby area and there would be a community facility on the second floor. There would also be an outdoor recreation area on the roof.

Flophouse. It will be like the one on Atlantic avenue in Ozone Park.

Or maybe not, they just dug more space at Diversity Plaza and rents are starting to go up there because of the latest hipshit pilgramage from being priced out of Woodside.

If people don't vote DeBlasio out, expect a homeless shelter in EVERY Neighborhood. We have the power to get rid of him. Please do it before it's too late to save NYC.

Good! Let those J.H. snobs get a good taste of Flushing.
Maybe it will become a "rainbow" hotel for the J.H. "trade".
Where is Danny Dromm?
