More illegal tractor trailer parking

"This illegally parked tractor trailer has its backed door ripped wide open. And it is obstructing drivers views of traffic coming west on south conduit ave. This truck is parked on 126th street and South Conduit in South Ozone Park queens." - anonymous

More truck adventures in South Ozone Park that are just not being addressed by this Mayor and his failed Vision Zero, Queens Borough President Katz, local elected officials and the 106th precinct, whose district all this illegal activity is taking place. The fact that the back door is busted wide open, would be enough to have a patrol car go out there. BUT this is the Dirty Southeast Queens, the lawless territory.

Clearly the truck is damaged. Maybe it had to be parked overnight until they figure out where and how they're going to get the trailer off the road in a safe manner?

If it's there for a few days, sure, complain... but this doesn't look safe to move right now. The truck cab looks like a long distance driver who might also be stuck there due to laws against them driving more than a set number of hours.

If it makes traffic worse, the administration is OK with it.

Maybe it was damaged! Maybe the driver wasn't able to finish the route because of work hour restrictions!

Anon #2 get your head out of your a$$.

Illegally parking on the street isn't new to this area, nor is it enforced by the police. Just another hit against the quality of life.

Giuliani didn't get a Trump job. Maybe he will return if we all ask real nice!

The trailer looks like it was ripped open and looted. Could it be part of a crime?

Those bigg rigs always park near the highway, easy access to the highway, and out of the way of residential homes. I can see this truck blocking views of oncoming traffic, maybe there should ne parking regulatioms against this practice.

GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE with you bullshit excuse. Even if THAT was the case, you don't park where you block views of drivers. This shit happens all the time with these fucking trucks who constantly skirt the laws.

WHY do some of you make so many fucking excuses for SHIT.

It is not a long distance driver who's number of hours are up. The back door is ripped off so the truck cannot legally drive in that condition. Cops need to check it out either way.

That truck belongs in a lot, there are plenty of them in that area and east and west of conduit.

It doesn't belong on a busy service road. It leads to the awful resorts world. A lot of speeding goes on there also. All drivers, even the precious special needs driver that abandoned that truck there, knows full well the rules of the road and parking.

And the NYPD, especially the shiftless 106, who if someone was chillin' smokin a joint walking up the street would arrest that person in a second, should as much swift action.

Even Judge Gorsich would demand that the driver move this truck elsewhere.

The truck may be disabled and the driver had no choice but to leave it in that spot. Is the truck owned by a company? THEY are the ones that are responsible for the vehicle. Call the company -
