What's going on at Karl Ehmer?

You may recall that Karl Ehmer left their Fresh Pond Road premises last year. So what's going on there now? The answer is :::::drumroll::::: another Robert Scarano project!

Right now, they're just removing tanks, however.

Soon, they'll no doubt be back at work building something they shouldn't.

I thought that
Bobby "the hairpiece" Scarano, couldn't build anymore.

It's got to be a mafiosi project.

Isn't he the mob's favorite
little darling artiste?

More fart-chitecture is looming on the horizon if this aged finocchio is designing the project.

The street right there is so congested because of the lights, I can't imagine what this will do the area! And why of all things Self Storage??? Very disappointed with this!

How do you get that this is a Scarano project?

Try Morscher's on Catalpa Ave.

They're better than Karl Ehmer
any day.

Screw Fresh Pond Road. I hate that road! Takes a fuckin hour to get down there if you have to go that way! Stupid ass traffic lights almost every block! I think DOT does that shit on purpose! Come on with all these lights.

The streets Ridgewood are laid out like a 19th century village because that's what it was. If you can't deal with Fresh Pond, try Forest Ave on the west or Woodhaven Blvd on the east.

Darn: Scarano is NOT the applicant of record, notwithstanding his name all over the place - the job is under Kilivski... although note the filing representation (expediting) is in the hands of Scarano. I would've LOVED to catch Buildings banning someone, then allowing them to continue filing! Of course, we all know this is indeed the case, considering who is doing the rep work...

Self storage... Really??? I mean really???? Was there a demand for this from the residents of Ridgewood/Maspeth and Glendale... Are people really having a hard time storing their possessions at home?

Has anyone tried to stop it? Locals, electeds? Anyone???

I cant imaginehow out of character this behemoth will look.... Just what we needed!

Amazing! Way to go to whoever allows this mistake to happen...

It looks so beautiful so far I had to stop and vomit on my shoes. I wanted to open a brewery in the space but I have no money and don't know how to make beer good enough to sell.
