Plans have been filed for a “vertical and horizontal extension” of a two-family home located at 99-49 66th Ave. The plans call for the house to be converted into a 7-story, 18-unit building. They also include space for professional offices, which are classified as community facilities.

it sticks out of character with the rest of the street. this side of FH has been mostly towers since the time of Cord Meyer. now the owner will collect a cool few million and move on. the time to wring ones hands over this is when the first small house homeowner SELLS OUT, not the last. Which btw is capitalism at work, wah wah.
