"Driving home today in Bayside on 43rd Ave. and 223rd Street a home made sign caught my eye. I had to stop get out and snap a picture that I hope you share on Queens Crap. People are feed up with the inordinate amount of littter and their do nothing local government.

Nothing will change in this state as far as just about anything is concerned. It will just remain the same since the same idiots got elected into office yesterday. So nobody can complain about stuff like this or overdevelopment or the trains or the taxes. The shit will just keep living in NY and littering up the streets with filth since we turn a blind eye to this stuff anymore.

This type of behavior and lack of enforcement of exsisting NYC Sanition Laws are becoming very common. We have to use 311 and put pressure on our local politians to do their duty and keep our streets clean and safe. Fines and penalties will change behavior.

Low class slob people who don't give a shit about their environment + do nothing shady crooked elected officials who don't give a shit about their community + city agencies who do little and do not enforce laws, like litter laws. All this equals to do whatever the fuck you want because there will be no consequences for your behavior and maybe someone else will clean it up.

EVERY NEIGHBORHOOD SHOULD BE CLEANED NOT JUST THE ONES WHERE MIDDLE CLASS FOLKS LIVE.

Nobody is saying this, so I might as well do...

This city is broke.

Morally, financially and aesthetically.

with how this administration and city are run, the only thing that will happen is they will fine whoever posted the sign for doing so and then DSNY will be on their merry way

Who brought up MIDDLE CLASS - go crawl back under your rock.

Right now every neighborhood looks like crap... but we're being taxed and ticketed for everything under the sun. Where is all the money going. Oh wait to make nice new buildings for the homeless.

Well since everyone voted in Liu as state senator for the area im sure he will get right on it.

Typical 2018 fashion ask the govt to do it not for the animals to stop the illegal dumping.

@Joe Moretti said... Well said !

There are police cars parked there often looking for traffic violtions. They should give littering tickes as well.

Dumping has been going on since the beginning of mankind. There can't be enforcement agents everywhere or cameras.Just report this to 311 or local politicians and keep bugging them and it'll get cleaned up.We have a bad stretch in Elmhurst from 74 to 80th street on 57 Ave.that has been a dumping area even before the LIE was built. We used to have to repot to Sanitation but now they clean the area on a regular basis.

Yep all the sheeple shitsheads up in New York & Long Island never learn nothin.
I think all those people like being abused, shaken down and screwed. So many people, millions effected. Maybe some form of mental illness maybe caused by pollution or something in the water?
