It says they are adding 1 point to the standard 6 point inspection or 2: can check when summoned to an apartment for other problems. So, I assume this only apply s to apartment and sec 8 buildings ?
Question is how long before your rights are chipped away to gain entry into your private building or home they couldn't get otherwise or without a warrant. This to get information on the books they can use down the road including socializing your "underutilized" buildings space, empty rooms, basements etc.
I dont trust this administration, every dam thing they been doing has been copied exactly from of the socialist methods of Amsterdam and Denmark.
Everything rammed down out throats at gunpoint from bike lanes, gun control, educational teachings & social programs to homeless shelters & welfare.
This city's small homeowners (especially elderly homeowners) are gonna be in serious trouble if the people dont vote all these motherf*cker socialists out of office.

These fuckers want to create local laws to chip away, as in pre-empt the Constitution and your rights. They are doing this chip by chip, piece by piece to engineer a new society.
