The bastard that organized these rancid contracts was on de Faustio's board to "advance" New York. de Faustio appointed him with that position because of his donations. Can't get any more cut and dry than that. If any one should come forward with more info for the prosecution it should be the dope from park slope via a subpoena to testify or more appropriate and justified, a warrant for his arrest too.
Nothing new here.
In a DOI sting, while Julia Harrison was council member...1990s...14 DOB inspectors are arrested.
Thank you Julia. RIP.
Ifeanyi “Manny” Madu bringing third world bribery practices to civil service. An African Muslim... the job should have gone to an American Citizen. Was he brought her on a diversity visa? Time to take away his City of NY pension and deport him back to his home country. They are doing their best to destroy NYC.
Madu, his wife Joyce Harvey-Madu, and his mother-in-law face criminal charges of fraud, bribery and offering a false instrument for filing. His former assistant at the DEP, Shelly Mohan, also faces related fraud charges.
Making all black NYC Civil Servants look bad. This is the tip of the iceberg.
Manny Madu is from Benin, where the literacy rate is among the lowest in the world: in 2015 it was estimated to be 38.4% (49.9% for males and 27.3% for females.
Deport him and the rest of his family right back to Benin. Am sure they will be welcomed with open arms.
