Colorblock crap

Ah, Maspeth. What can be written about thee? You're now the experimental venue for fancy schmancy Manhattan firms. This was obviously an attempt to be avantgarde. Putting the entrance in a dark alley was an interesting choice. Maybe they're hoping to be chosen as a setting for a story in the second Queens Noir book...
This house is at 69-33 60 Avenue. Whoa, the driveway's a little steep, there. That's ok, the expanded curb cut indicates that the future homeowner will just park illegally on the bricked over front yard to the left. (A garden? What's that?) DOB sanctioned the removal of 2 street parking spaces in order to accommodate the erection of this pile of Queens Crap. Great job!

it looks like a secret trap door that will open up underneath Indiana Jones' feet just as he reaches for the golden idol, plunging him forever into a hellish pit of tasteless construction.

Did an Architect who barely pass A school design this? It would be interesting to know what the heck the asking $$ are. In fact this a suggestion for future featued properties. The good folks would be amazed at what is being asked for these properties.

It looks more like Frank Baharestani's ultra-fine craftsmanship than Frank Lloyd Crap's.

Someone needs to let the consultants know there's a difference between project architecture and building architecture.
