Seems like the old Walter Funeral Home folks that was the previous buisness on this site will soon come out of retirement to do some consulting when this gas line blasts off.
Who else other than Brown Harris Stevens can redefine top end? Top the ammenity of a century worth of ghosts living amongst you when you purchase a unit here. Wow - LIC developers cannot top this!
I'd just call Con-Ed/BUG (or whatever they call themselves now - Keyspan?) - that's a bypassed gas meter, and they are stealing the gas - you'd be surprised how fast they will be down there to shut THAT down
