Brown Harris Stevens redefines "top end"

"For over 130 years, Brown Harris Stevens remains the leader in sales, rentals, management, appraisals and corporate relocation services at the top end of the New York residential market."

Times must be lean for BHS if this is what they are now considering to be "top end".

I take issue with the article's slant on top end properties with Brown Harris Stevens representation of the Grand crap property featured.

The uniqueness of amenities that this property offers is unprecedented. Imagine the ultimate convenience of selecting among the finest of beers literally next door. On occasion for the enjoyment and amusement of its neighbors, numerous huge bags of vintage beer containers will be displayed on the rooftops. On festive holidays, grand blow-up beer bottles will be installed outside your windows. Edgy hipsters will appreciate the streetscape of can redeemers lining up outside your entrance way. In addition, the views of another cutting edge project across the street is sure to entertain you for years to come.
