still exhibits the morals of a developer's slut
she deserves to retain her crown.
After all.....she is their poster child......
based upon the long list of building/real estate industry $$$$$$$$ that she took.
I might suggest some of the other contenders
to hold lesser titles.
i.e.
Pussy/Prince Vallone; Bastard/Barron Liu.....
or whatever else might suit your fancy.
JOhnny's taking an early lead. It may be appropriate to select him not only for his role in promoting overdevelopment, but because both his first and last names are slang for "toilet".

And let's not forget John Liu's father, Joseph,
is a convicted criminal (Great Eastern Bank job)
and Tommy Huang is his cousin!
