For a good time, call Jonathan

Providing temporary accommodations to tourists instead of to people who want to make the neighborhood their home. Great way to give back to your community. And interesting that this guy has not one, but two apartments to rent out as hotel rooms.

$79 / 2br - Need a place Fast? Need a place Now? 1 day? 5 days? how many do you need?

Which suite would you like to stay in?

LIC, what hath become of thee?

Where there's a need, someone offers a solution.

Any idea what a room in a lousy hotel costs these days in NYC? You'd be lucky to pay under $300 a night. Want to stay in a halfway decent place? Be ready to shell out $400 a night. Don't even ask what a really nice hotel charges.

It's ridiculous. If there were enough hotel rooms available, these illegal rentals wouldn't survive.

If there were enough people who gave a damn and enough enforcement, these illegal rentals wouldn't survive.

There is also a need for a stable community and a need for more apartments. If apartments weren't tied up in the part-time hotel business, maybe there would be more affordable ones.

NYC: All about what you can get away with.

Sad that someone can just advertise this right out in the open and no one in the city govt gives a god damn.

Don't be too surprised to learn that Jonathan is related to Patricia Lancaster.

What does the Fire Department have to say about this?

Great. Now we have another step in this underworld supporting illegals, people hiding from the law, and terrorists.

But the important thing is let's make money. Who cares what happens to communities.

You know, the more I look at things that Crappie exposes, the more it becomes clear to me that the established preservation groups are so yesterday, a bit like rabbit-ear antennas.

Dear John,
I'm interested in....uh....never mind!

With the escalating cost of NYC living....
sons & daughters will soon be offering
their mothers' services (whatever they may be)
to offset the monthly rent bill for their
overpriced shoe-box accommodations!

what's with this guy's candle obsession? a few in the living room, ok, but in the kitchen and bathroom and hallway?

not only are these places illegal, he's also turned them into fire hazards.

Well why pay a big electricity bill if you don't live there?

Candles ARE one of the ultimate phallic symbols.
That ought to answer your question.

They also provide light in case of blackouts
(Astorians know this quite well....eh.... C.M. Valone)?
