The Flushing Phantom found something interesting in his travels recently at 161st Street and Northern Blvd.

Why is it that almost everything associated with Flushing, always appears to stink?

Mostly Asian personnel in that branch.

They had planned on expanding years ago, but it doesn't look like they're going to anymore.

Their manager is a bureaucratic Chinese woman
who'd feel at home in a peoples' republic pollit bureau.

I didn't notice protests going on at FSB's other branches. It looks like it's some kind of local beef,
maybe.

No particular group was identified sponsoring this protest, from what I could see on their signs.

I was told that, earlier, there were about 20 protesters marching in front of the bank.

One could assume that this guy is living out of that van now.

Finally somebody had the pants (balls) to stand up against these burocratic banks whom were giving tax payers money to help homeowners. The banks are not doing their job especially Flushing Savings Bank

Congratulations to this person keep protesting, get a sponsor, get more people. Give them in the face, especially to FSB employees that act that they own the world and they are simple employees, and that it looks that they do not own a home.

When you are a working person that have all the ups to own a home, you buy it. But when times get rought you ask the banks to give you options in order to keep your property. and What you get from the banks?

The unknown banking law that rules the world is...

No debt restructure without a default first.

Change this one rule, change the world.

FSB and its lawyers are sharks. Be aware.

What organization is sponsoring this protest?
Is it an individual or a group?
I see nothing on the signs that indicate who's behind it.
Does anyone know more?

Queens County Savings Bank is far worse.

I closed out and transfered all of the accounts I had with them elsewhere several years ago.

it's difficult for me to have any sympathy for people who fabricated facts in order to get these loans. some of them are out right slum lords, not paying the mortgage, yet charging rent.

NY Community bank who owns,(Queens county/ Atlantic Bank/Roslyn Savings) did not cave in to the political socialist movement pressure to give home loans to unqualified borrowers. the Obama adm. gave the bank $500 million in T.A.R.P.$$$$$$, but the bank refused it.
it had NO SUBPRIME LOAN PROBLEM.......

My family has banked with NY Community(Queens CountyBank) for seventy years and will continue.

the Citibank system was the biggest culprit in handing over $$$$$ to the NINJNA freeloaders.Robt Rubin ,former ceo, was obama's Sec. of the treasury.

CORRECTION....Robt. Rubin ,former C.E.O. Citibank served as Sec. of Treasury in both of W. J . Clinton's Administrations 1992-2000.

Then the s--t hit the fan, after Bush tried to curtail Fanny & Freddie, Dodd & Barney. but they would not take action. the dems controlled the House and Senate.

YOUR TURN....
