Things must have changed quite a bit down south over the past few years because the Health Department reports that Rockaway Beach is now the cleanest beach in the city:Rockaway Beach is a clean winner

We have to believe the report.
The Parks Department examined and graded itself, and would never, never act dishonestly.
Look at the trio who report to us: Bloomberg, Benepe, and Lewandowski.
No lies from that trio.
