OK Oligarch

Michael Bloomberg announced Sunday he is running for president, bringing a narrow following but boundless bank account to the crowded Democratic primary.

The 77-year-old former New York City mayor, positioning himself as a centrist alternative to Joe Biden, launched his candidacy in an online video that is part personal story, part attack on President Donald Trump.

“I’m running for president to defeat Donald Trump and rebuild America. We cannot afford four more years of President Trump’s reckless and unethical actions. He represents an existential threat to our country and our values,” Bloomberg declared in a statement Sunday. “If he wins another term in office, we may never recover from the damage.”

The former mayor, who is worth an estimated $54.1 billion, plans to forgo competing in early voting states and instead focus his resources on Super Tuesday, when 15 states head to the polls March 3. His aides believe the strategy will help him lay claim to delegate-rich territory that has been somewhat overlooked as the top-tier candidates focus their energies in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Nevada.

Bloomberg's presidential quest is a hedge for his business.

And to his campaign rivals, this is an extension of his "philanthropy"

Huffington Post

In a memo to staff, the editor-in-chief of Bloomberg News told the newsroom that the publication will continue its “tradition of not investigating” its CEO and namesake, Michael Bloomberg, or his family and foundations after he declared his candidacy for president on Sunday.

The head of Bloomberg News, John Micklethwait, said the policy not to investigate will be extended to other candidates in the Democratic primary.

Worst mayor for the middle class and small business owners. Was a Rino used a political party for his own monetary gain. Filled City Hall positions with friends who made millions. If he really cared about the common man he could have given his billions to those in need.

The country will never elect a Jewish billionaire let alone, single(divorced) little man. His commercials are a joke. He’s nuts.

"Rebuild America"? What does that even mean?

What an ignorant comment. Guns? Yeah Dumberg hates them and so do his globalist friends, only thing that keeps them in check and from looting everything. Big drinks? Try NYC, hardly a gun paradise. But hey we have plenty of bike lanes and speed cameras.

The only reason why he backed off on stop-and-frisk is because Soros and the Rothschilds spent more money on the issue than he did. It's just neoliberal billionaire versus neoliberal billionaire.

I wonder if Emperor Bloomberg wants to impose a 40% property tax increase on all of America, the way he did on New York City homeowners in 2003; (followed by another 10% in each of the following two). What a phoney: prevented Giuliani from running for a third time in the midst of the broken spirit of NYC after 9 / 11 and then changed the law for his own third. Never mind "rebuild", he'd re-bungle America. Jerk !

I live in what you elites call "Fly Over America." Take my word for it, Bloomberg will not do well out here. Not even if he spends a hundred million on ads. We are Trump Country!

Part One:

That filthy, arrogant, evil coward murdered New York City——and, then he left for foreign lands, altogether——ironically in a land marked $24 Million manse, where NOTHING can be modified! Now, THAT'S arrogance!

Worse, he installed that lethal creature and crony, Jeanette Sadik-Kahn to destroy traffic lanes for seldom used bike lanes (this AIN'T Amsterdam, shithead), and then that viper foisted a (mostly) Jewish (and, apathetic, worthless) administration onto We, the People, and the entirely handpicked staff didn't offer anyone help when they needed it——ONLY his billionaire pals that tonsured every last freestanding space in Manhattan to erect more hideous buildings and cheaply made towers of epic metropolis betrayal and fail!

Stay in London, pipsqueak: Maybe the Queen can use you as one of her many garden gnomes!
