Glendale garbage

Hey, look! It's a cute house with a nice yard. But wait, this is blue-collar Glendale, so you know that won't last long...
"WE PROPOSE TO SUBDIVIDE EXISTING LOT#79 INTO THREE NEW TAX LOTS 80,81 & 82 AND 3 NEW ZONING LOTS.THREE NEW BUILDING SEMI-DETACHED IN."

Ah...that's more like it.

78-60 79th Place in Glendale. Now consisting of three 3-family houses where there was one 2-family house. I wonder why the sewer system is inadequate..

Consider the slow flush rate
of the new water saving commodes.....
multiplied by the speed of the crap
exiting through the standard 4 inch waste line....
suddenly encountering more crap
in the overburdened main sewer line.....
divided by the number other dwellings
on the block....
minus the shape and consistency of the crap
(based on the type of foodstuffs
that were consumed by each family).....

that adds up to a multitude of increased crap
flowing through Queens' already inadequate
low capacity one pipe sewer system !

It won't be a pretty picture.....
come the next storm surge.

Be sure to have your pumps ready !

the owner of this crap is the slumlord of the neighborhood. Everything he touches turns to crap. He's also responsible for the farmers market on myrtle.
if you think that's bad, look at 78-44.this is a 2 family illegal conversion (basement apt, 1st floor apt and 2nd floor is cut into 2 illegal apts.) They had an attached garage, knocked it down and then filed a permit for an extension. the new extension is higher than the rest of the houses on the block. looks like a 3 family house to me. so now we have an illegal apt house. i dont understand how they get these violations dismissed. someone's getting paid.

What do you mean 78-44 ? Demolition was signed off and no new building.

But lots of complaints ... and violations that were dismissed.

Now the tenants have wisened up and aren't letting the inspectors in!
