Who will be appointed to AG role?

This article mentions Letitia James and Michael Gianaris as possible Schneiderman replacements. Please take either one! We're not using them.

Gasp!
The mediocrity of our government!
Can't we export them to North Korea?

Let me guess! Let me guess! It will be a democrat who will eventually be found to be a corrupt hypocrite, and be forced to resign. Am I close?

I was thinking the other day:

Then: Franklin and Elanor Roosevelt / Today: Bill and Hillary Clinton

Then: LaGuardia / Now: DeBlazio

Folks, we are seeing the end of the Democratic Party, certainly as we have known it in our lifetime. My guess is that we are about to witness one of those once in a century seismic shirts with the Democrats and Republicans becoming Socialists and Federalists.

Buckle your seat-belts cause we are in for a bumpy ride. And I for, one, will enjoy life without the foot of those two and their ilk on my neck.

Ah, to breath the fresh air of freedom!

Just what we need for an AG: another political hack with questionable credentials. No wonder NY is such a screwed up poorly administered state.

ANOTHER PROGRESSIVE WITH FISHY TIES TO THE GOVERNOR AND WALL STREET.

The best outcome would be for the Assembly to allow the Solicitor General to hold the position until elections, combined with an open primary for Attorney General.
Second best outcome would be them choosing Preet Bharara to fill the position, allowing him an easy path to getting elected for a full term.

Of course, the powers that be want nothing less than an uncontrolled primary or an independent AG who might hold them accountable for their corruption. Look for them to choose Hillary Clinton for the position, and defend it by claiming it's so she can be a thorn in Trump's side. Bad for the state, great for the machine.

Well, shipping Tish James up to Albany would give her something to do, as the Public Advocates job really seems to be all about collecting a salary. Mike Gianaris, please take him, although God knows what we would get in his place....I am sure Aravella Simotas would like to move up to the Senate, and then some County Machine hack (most likely of the Greek nationality) would run for the Assembly. I guess it's too much to ask to have a competent Attorney General

Had enough of both Greeks and Italians from Vallonia. Everyone should take turns and give the wonderful mosaic the Democratics always howl about an opportunity, besides lip service.

The decor of their official watering-holes may be 1972 kitch, but the world has moved on for the rest of us.

CROWLEY IS SCRAPING THE BOTTOM OF THE PARTY'S GENE POOL: IT WOULD BE COSTA, NATCH.

I'm voting for that hot Spanish chick that's running for Congress against Crowley

That would Alexandria Ocasio- Cortez. I sent her a $25 check and will send more. Love to see these entitled fat cats get dumped out of office. As far left as she is,with no connections, she will do less harm than fat&bald.

Speaking of primaries, why do we need multiple primaries? Consolidate them, please.
