63-16 FOREST AVENUE was formerly vacant, but now is filled with 10 apartments - and 15 parking spaces, according to its building permit. Not really sure how that's possible, considering the layout. At least it's in scale with the rest of the block, unlike the crap pile directly across the street, which was featured on Monday.

More Forest Avenue Crapitecture
