If you think this looks out of scale, well, it is. But as a community facility, it's allowed. Gotta change that law.
Soon-to-be day care facility causes upheaval in Staten Island's Woodrow section
"The thing that bothers me is that you go downtown to the engineers to ask about it, and they say that it's OK if they renovate," said next-door neighbor Tony Dale, who seemed more perturbed by the city's legalise. "But when you knock a building down, you can't renovate it from the ground up. That's a new building to me."
Oh yeah, gotta change that law, too.
