St. Saviour's is still not sold, despite a pending sale being used by the owner as the excuse for the forced rush in getting the church removed off the property. In the meantime, the construction fence permits have been renewed.Hmm...Gad Ashoori...where have I heard that name before? Ah, yes...
Last year, in another nondisclosure deal, engineer Gad Ashoori signed off on plans without inspecting building supports that caused cracks in the walls of a Brooklyn restaurant.
In exchange for a $5,000 fine and a year's suspension of self-certification, Lancaster signed a Jan. 4, 2006, stipulation agreeing not to refer Ashoori's case to the state Education Department "or any other city or state regulatory agency."

Better yet, how about putting that fense on the cover of the Pratt School or MAS annual report.
This is the result of the envirnment that they had a large part in making.
