I'M SURE THE CITY WILL SOON GIVE A SUMMONS TO THE OWNER OF THE ADJACENT PROPERTY TO HAVE THEM REPAIR OR FACE A FINE, LIKE THEY HAVE DONE RECENTLY IN A FLUSHING NEIGHBORHOOD!
