You've heard of the Waterfront Crabhouse? Well, meet the trackfront craphouse. Alongside LIRR freight tracks, these were built as semi-attached 2 family homes, each with a 2-car garage. However, the homeowner on the left apparently wanted more rental income:

I cringe each time I pass this monstrosity. The property use to be the next door neighbor's yard, but they sold it to developers. Now they have to live next to it.
