Flushing NYPD officer is a nice guy

From CBS New York:

An NYPD officer came to the rescue Friday after an elderly woman had her car towed.

The car was parked outside the New York Hospital Queens Breast Cancer Center in Flushing, when it was towed away. The officer was called to drive the woman to the tow pound to get her car.

But when police got there, the woman only had checks, and the pound only took cash or credit.

So the officer, Brian Kinkaid, went to an ATM and took out $185 of his own money to help her out.

Most Police Officers ARE nice guy's...

One of the very few because most cops are assholes and aren't there to protect but to harass citizens. I have even over heard them talking that "shooting lasers to bypassing cars early morning is an excellent warm up exercise". This officer deserves to go up the ladder and be on top o he can teach others the right way of behavior towards his/her fellow men/women.
My deepest respects officer, you made your family and friends proud of calling you their friend and relative.

This action should be recognized and this officer should be heading towards leading the rest.

What would Sharpton say about this white officer?

What you call harrassment is called "activity" by nypd management. Believe me,if it were possible, most cops would ride around and do as little as possible. Nypd managers aren't happy with low crime , they want tangible activity so they can grt promoted on the backs of cops. And btw, you're an asshole, too.

Why doesn't the text identify the race of the officer or the race of the person assisted by the officer?

Why the hell are cops being used to drive citizens to the pound? This is where our taxes go?

Because there's no excitement in a feel good tale like this. Race only matters when whites hurt blacks.
