From the Daily News:
State prosecutors will seek maximum prison time for disgraced ex-Controller Alan Hevesi, the Daily News has learned.
Hevesi, 71, is facing up to four years behind bars when he's sentenced next week in Manhattan for his role in a massive pension fund pay-to-play scandal.
New Attorney General Eric Schneiderman's office will push for Hevesi to get the same 1-1/3- to four-year sentence imposed last month on his aide, and scandal leader, Hank Morris.
Hevesi's lawyer Bradley Simon had no comment Monday.
