This is 166-08 24th Road. As you can see, a stop work order is in effect. There previously was a one-family house similar to those shown. The lot was subdivided for two 2-family houses. Wasn't Whitestone an area hard hit by flooding last year?

I heard Claire Schulman lives in Whitestone. Usually those types get their own neighborhoods down-zoned. I guess she's been out of office too long...
