The Calamityville Horror

On the Bayside/Fresh Meadows border, at 56-50 Francis Lewis Blvd, is a home that’s been converted into an orthopedics office with the addition of a gray marble façade, which wraps around the first floor. Posted to a nearby telephone pole is an ad for “The World’s Largest Junk Removal Service,” 1-800-GOT-JUNK? We sure have!

The oddest thing (but maybe not) is that the whole house was originally torn down before they put this up.
