There's a new blog called Junction Blvd, and this post is right up my alley:

clever use of google map. Would be great if something like this could be done for all of Queens.

Great point "Ken".....
each nabe should have its own blog
just like each should have its own civic association.

Would somebody out there
please start one for Flushing.

Suggested title:
"FLUSHING DOWN THE TOILET" !

Yeah.....
they could all be linked to "Queens Crap".....
under one umbrella....
just like the "Queens Civic Congress"....
or something like that.

Wadda ya think ?

The title is literal in Kew Gardens! We had new development on Curzon rd, a planned high occupancy building right in between single family homes, which after the second floor concrete was poured came crashing down and now we have a big pile of rubble for the past 8 months! No one was hurt by the way.

This would be great if you could actually work this google map out. My air conditioning company could really use a clever map like this.
