City Comptroller William Thompson says Lefrak City did a bad job of installing new windows. Normally, this would just be a tenant- landlord conflict, but when there's a tax break involved, the city becomes unhappy:LOUSY LANDLORDS GET FAULTY-FIX TAX BREAKS

Sam Lefrak, was always a ?????? builder.....or as the family likes to call themselves nowadays.....Le Frak!
So now the Lefraks are French.....what "klass"!
