Caveat emptor.
If you look at a map of the areas that are affected by sub-prime mortgage foreclosures .....you will see that it often coincides with lower income neighborhoods!
Is this sort of a form of (covert) ethnic (or class) cleansing?
The key is, once again, to see which developers run to pick up those foreclosed parcels!
