Phony dorm gets a shave

Check out what's happening on Bleecker Street:

The building was allowed to exceed zoning limits because it was intended to be used as a dorm, only that's not quite how things turned out. Now, adding even more wackiness to the situation, the Villager reports that the Department of Buildings is revoking several of the units' temporary certificates of occupancy, and ordering that the terraces be sawed down to the 22 inches required under zoning regulations.

DOB - get out here in Queens and do the same for all the crap that is illegally sef-certified - Queens Developers know they can S*** on you, get away with it and do so - what are you waiting for?

Send them to the St. John's dorm construction that is plagued with issues due to a self certifying architect.

Well of course DOB
gives those gay power village residents deluxe service.

This is right across the street from the
Lortel Theater!

How about trimming down some
illegal Queens projects down to size
Ms. Lancaster?

You can begin with Huang's Mazeau Street job!
