Fedders, roll down gates,
exposed utility meters and hub caps!

What more could you ask for
in a such a "klassy" location ?

Geez .....and not a bit of greenery in sight!

and then you get mad when the hipsters move in and price out that certain ethnicity that hangs hubcaps on their walls.Hipsters arent all bad.

The hipsters will replace the ethnic folks and the Fedders crap will remain until the area is gentrified and a condo replaces it. I see no positive in encouraging hipster immigration into the area.

Better hipsters spending their Daddy's money in the local community then it being the hubcaps from your car that they just stole hanging on that wall.

Desperate landlord needs to pay his mortgage. This type of business does not generate lot of revenue, must be space is too small to most buinesses and let out on the cheap initially. No excuses, hub caps hanging outside is advertising full service wheel repair a la curbside to passing motorists, nice. Taco stand coming soon - free hubcap plates!
