What a lovely urban landscape - don't you just wish you had a view like this? When a builder tries to cram as many units as possible into a building, the balcony does double duty as a nice open air storage room for the whole neighborhood to enjoy. Adding to the ambiance are air conditioners and their covers hanging both in AND under the windows, complete with the Fedders label. Also note the elegant solid metal doors. While this may be an earlier example of Queens Crap (70's or 80's, maybe) it is a classic nonetheless.

A room with a view! Isn't that what they say in the travel ads? The only thing that's missing from this picture is a "plump" wife (with a butt out to Nebraska) and the husband (complete with "belly roll") in a "wife-beater" T-shirt, chomping on a stubby cigar and watching TV! A modern "5 Points or Bandits' Roost" back alley vista which has been updated to the present. In other words, an instant slum, despite (I'm sure) the 500K (or more) price tag!
If only people of such high class inhabited this place. I don't remember Archie leaving rusting shit on the porch of his house.
No Archie here, but it looks like his chair is waiting for him on the lower balcony.. left out to rot with the rest of the garbage.
The residents of this home can't afford a self-storage warehouse. Please don't blame them for this mess. The least that can be done is by building a small wall to cover up the contents on the balcony. Exposed possessions are an invitation to robbery.
Hey artist in the maze....maybe I'm an artist too and not too tidy as artists often are....lighten up! It's just some good- hearted ("Mad TV" style) fun poking! If you or one of your friends happens to live here, I sincerely appologize for any offense. You should see my storage area....yech, what a mess! The point is, the developer of these kind of h-m-m-m (should we call these homes?) dwellings doesn't think much of future homeowners if he builds like this. I'm sure he doesn't give a damn about including adequate storage!
wait a minute, i thought the whole point of the Fedders box was to place an AC unit in it. why are they taking up valuable window space?
All the junk on the balcony is covering up Fedders!
