A Crappy Trifecta

This was a one-family house at 50-05 68th Street in Woodside, in an area formerly known as Winfield. Admittedly, the old house wasn't in the best condition.
Of course, the lot was subdivided and now there are two 3-family houses being built upon it.
And if these houses weren't big enough eyesores, someone parked a beat up old car with a boat hitched to it right out on the street. (Doesn't the car look as though it's trying to camouflage itself against the blue construction fence with the white graffiti on it?) At least the car and boat are mobile. Unfortunately, what sits on the lot behind it is permanent.

I just love the little 'touch of class' that the a-hole architect included by putting the fake little keystones above the windows and doors. That's like saying.. I'm going to come into your house and take a dump on the floor.. but then I'll put a cherry on top.

I think I'm going to go to sleep now by counting the number of units in this piece of crap structure..1 ....2......3..........................4.... zzzz zzzz zzzz

I like the vintage car and boat that's parked out in front. Does the "developer" of this "turd-rate" abortion intend to make his "get-away" by land or by sea before the area residents come to lynch him?

What's needed are a bunch of "Israeli Commandos" that can do10 times the work of the "regular army" fighting overdelopment. Juniper Park Civic Association is one of them! My hat's off to you and your members! You at JPCA really know how to say "No! Never lie down"!
